THE OBSERVER

As a member of Generation Z, we have a deep sense of the evolution of the Internet and computer science. Thick, square-box computers, computer rooms where you had to be careful to enter with shoe covers on, and even Kingsoft typing games for keyboard
training are some of my most intimate memories of computers and the Internet.
As technology continues to evolve, we have experienced several leaps and bounds in the Internet and computers, from high-speed Internet, 2G to 5G, basic computing to artificial intelligence, global connectivity to censorship and information attacks under different ideologies. Today, observing and reflecting on the participation and interaction of the Internet and computer science in modern life, exploring the connections and resistance between people, technology, and modern life, and putting forward my own thoughts is both an important topic and a mission for us.

"Buddha" here has a very direct visual effect as an echo of modernity,
science and order, where the sacred and the judgement are two sides of
the same coin, gazing at the information society.
Black and white, just one of the colours, are not opposites, but processed
and changed. The neutrality of information processed and filtered by
consciousness and technology can present very different worlds. They
corroborate each other and are so cut off, so different.

PAIN IN THE THROES
2023
In the early days of mankind, as there were not enough medical means to combat pain, people had to seek other forces, such as philosophy, literature, religion and art, and thus a splendid culture was born out of pain. Art is more intuitive, has a wider audience, and is richer in beauty than philosophy and religion. The "traum" (traum) and "pain" (rausch) created by art builds a bridge between the body and the absence of pain.
Throughout the history of art, there have been countless works of art featuring pain. Today, there are countless pain sufferers who seek solace in art, such as PAINExhibit, artworks about pain that
bring to life the touching power of pain sufferers and provoke us to think about illness, art, physical illness and public life.

oh!
OH!BUTOH
2022
This project stems from physical pain. It was vertigo by day and by night. The pain of this invisible wound tormented me. The project was carried out as the New Crown epidemic raged, and knowing that countless people from far away had suffered and even lost their lives as a result, there was no way I could not feel the pain, and between the sharp bouts of pain in my bones, I still had the desire to care for people and the world beyond me. In all the darkness, I finally met up with Dancing Tread.
In my dream, I saw a huge bleeding book placed across my face, and I gazed at it and touched it, neither of which could ease the pain of the wound. When I woke up, I wrote in my diary, "Festering and pain that cannot be quelled by wishing. Wounds that cannot be relieved by painkillers, all human wounds that stare at each other and are separated from each other."
